先介绍一下自己，本人是一个爱吃不爱运动的非专业房产专家，大学毕业我到了福冈，一开始从事的是医疗法人旗下的海外事业部，然后转战东京，在到了大阪，从事最长的居然还是房地产，和房产周边产业，很多朋友同事都开了地产公司，但是遇到了疫情，说实话，我不禁想还好自己没脑袋一热，但是也能看来这个行业是有多赚钱了吧，可惜也不是一般人能赚的，当然随着信息的公开化和透明化房地产海外资产已经是公开化了，和一般的金融理财产品一样，但是很多时候选择太多难免顾此失彼。
在这里我会时不时的发一些关于日本的信息，感兴趣的朋友可以关注一下我哈，我暂时还没想好这个网站到底用来干啥，本来我想取消原来的网站和当初的Hotel July一样来着但是想想还是保留个纪念吧，哎忆往昔峥嵘岁月愁。
话说还是先解释一下这个事情我以前就喜欢做点网络上的事会点编程自学了APP但是呢英雄无用武之地会的人太多了，咱这点技术也拿不出来，偶尔那个小姐姐哎高兴了给咱介绍个活咱就免费帮人做个简单的网站，用来申请各种文件，具体情况我有机会得好好个给你们吹吹牛。
